Rare antique photo 1890s - 1904 .So much going on here in this antique photo .and still learning. A very early dressed uncle Sam. That's about what he would actually look like back then .in photos from approx 1890-till about 1904. The first real so called Uncle-sam was actually Samuel Wilson 1813. He was a meat packer from Troy N.Y. he supplied barrels of beef to the US Army during the war of 1812.. he was truly for the people.loved back then A brave man and true hero.and he was real...Uncle sam will save us....he was admired...The Red cross formed about 1865..not first in the US..its possible the Kings & Queens in photo are from Poland. The other queen I'm just not sure as of yet. Top center spells buckley N.Y. I belive .or Ohio. If it was a school room Ohio.. but its not .the people in the photo and the navy ID have to go with N.Y. it very hard to see but under Buckley in the black reads something about disrespecting Our flag You shall be shot on site.
